Since I knew the building well , and knew that I wanted to purchase a particular unit ,Anthony did not have to sell me on it , he did however make it possible for me to aquire it for a fair price to both the vendor and myself , but most of all he worked really hard on the closing date which was acceptable to both parties involved . He was also the agent on my home and I must say that at a time when business was slow( Christmas week ) , my house did sell quickly and fairly . Anthony, what can we say... You truly stand behind your service. We listed our house prior to using Anthony with another agent and it sat on the market for 90 days, with no offers. What could I say " this guy is one of the best agents I've ever met". I've been buying and selling real estate for the past 11 years and never met a real estate agent as good as this man. I was having problems selling my own home and was very confused. Anthony said"let me work my magic and I will have it sold in 60 days". I thought that's what all agents say.
